When I started I couldn’t even do one push up but with perseverance (and Lewis) I can now do 20. The easier option is to start with Knee push ups. You will find this a lot easier to begin with. I can now do 40 of these. The push up when you hold for a count of 10, in the down position, you will only be able to do when you can do, perhaps 10, straightforward push ups.
