It may be you don’t have the time to go to a Gym because of work commitments, you may not have the wherewithal to go to a Gym, you may be a carer, there are a multitude of reasons why getting fit at home makes sense.

You will be able to use this site to do just that, to get fitter, build your stamina and improve your mobility by getting into the habit of regular exercises by way of the articles and videos. Some exercises are standing, some are sitting and some are lying down.
